Chocolate Skillet Cake Ice Cream

Chocolate ice cream is one of the favorite desserts for all, summer and winter, and the housewife is keen to prepare it at home to get a wonderful and guaranteed taste.

In the following lines, we will learn how to make chocolate ice cream, with different flavors of fruits and chocolate.

Cake Ingredients :

  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  •  1/2 small spoon vanilla frosting Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
  • 2 large spoon cocoa
  • 3-4 large spoon milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 small spoon baking soda
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • dash salt
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large spoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • ice cream ( serving)
  • caramel sauce ( serving; this one is delicious!)
  • whipped cream (for serving)

Directions :

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. In a big bowl, beat flour, baking soda, sugar, & salt together and set apart.

In a 10-inch throw iron skillet, adduce butter, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, also water to a simmer. Take it from heat and beat in dry ingredients very well. Combine in buttermilk, egg, also vanilla. Baking skillet cake at 350 degrees F for about 16-21 min.

While the cake starts to cool, do the frosting. In a medium pot, bring butter, cocoa, & milk to a boil. Take them from heat & add icing sugar, nuts, & vanilla. Stirring to mix. Pour on the warm cake, sprinkle with a spatula, and serve with vanilla bean ice cream, caramel sauce, also whipped cream
