How To Make Cauliflower with cheese sauce? 

Ingredients :

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tsp allpurpose flour
• 1 c milk
• 1 c cheddar cheese
• 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Melt butter in saucepan on heat. Whisking flour with butter to smooth. Cast  milk to butter mix And stirring with a wooden spoon to mixed . Cooking, stir, to mix thick, for 3 min. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese melts, another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.Enjoy !
